How can I order staff?

Firstly, you need to download the app. Please click the ‘Download App’ button on the website or go to the Google Play or Apple App Store.

FML cannot create your account for you, but we are happy to talk you through it. Click on the contact us button to find our details

Secondly, create an account. Once you have downloaded the app you need to create an account, this will include payment details. A full account needs to be created before creating your first post.

Finally, once your full account has been created you are ready to rumble. Welcome to your ‘ordering’ side of the app.

On the ‘Home’ page you will be able to see ‘Post a job’ click on the arrow and follow the steps to create your first post. Once you have created the post you can review all details before sending it to the platform. Once posted all workers who have signed up to the platform in a 100km radius to your job location will receive a notification of your post.

Do not worry if you have made a mistake after posting the job, you are able to delete the post and start again.

Remember posting is free, so post away.

After posting how can I see my applicants?

Down the bottom of the app, the second button from the left is the ‘Projects’ button.

Here you will be able to see all your active projects. Welcome to the ‘management’ side of the app. You can also create more posts on this page with the ‘Add +’ button at the top of the page.

To see your ‘Applicants’ click the applicants button on the post you have created. On this page you can see all the applicants that have applied for the job.

Remember you are in charge of selecting your team.

To make this decision easier you can review all applicants. Click the ‘Review application’, here you will be able to see which days the applicant has applied for. Plus you will be able to see more information about the applicant by, clicking the ‘Applicant’. This will give you all information about the applicants, including past experiences.

If a worker is not the right fit for your team you can decline application. Please do this so workers can move on to other job opportunities.

Once you have selected your team the applicants will be able to see all information about the project. Also, you will now be able to communicate with your team.

How do I communicate with the team for my project?

In the ‘Projects’ section you will be able to see a ‘Chat’ button on the post you have created. This is where you can communicate with just one or all members of your team. This is a great way to send your team additional information about the project. Eg. Inductions or required PPE or any last minute changes about the project.

Remember, you are in charge of managing your team.

How do sign offs work?

Once the days work has been completed, the workers will fill in their ‘Sign off’ sheets in the app, this will be sent to you for approval.

You will be able to manage this in the ‘Sign off’ section in the app. Welcome to the payment side of the app.

In this section you will see your projects and sign off sheets that need to be approved. You must approve each applicants sign off sheet in each project. If you think the sign off sheet is incorrect you can decline the applicants sign off and they will get a notification to resubmit.

Once you have approved the sign off sheet, payment will be taken for that days work for all applicants that day.

How much does this cost?

The App is free to use. However, you will pay for the workers on the app.

A Skilled Labourer will cost $47.00 per hour minimum of 4 hours per shift includes GST

A Captain or Forklift driver will cost $60.00 per hour minimum 4 hours per shift includes GST

What is a Captain? (Event specialist)

A Captain is a proven leader, someone that has 5+ years event hire experience. A person that can lead a team, problem solve and build event structure confidently.
